About the position

The Videographer/Photographer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the marketing and communication goals of the organization. This role involves managing all aspects of visual content creation, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and execute visual content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual content strategies that support the marketing and communication goals of the organization
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop visual content that supports specific campaigns and initiatives
• Plan and execute all aspects of video and photo shoots, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure high-quality visual content
• Manage and maintain video and photo equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in visual content creation
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as video production companies and photographers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Create and maintain a visual content library for use in future marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or a related field
• Proficiency with video and photo editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop
• Experience with lighting and sound equipment and other videography and photography equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous video and photography work
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
