The Videographer/Photographer at Encompass Health plays a crucial role in creating high-quality visual content to support the creative department and various initiatives within the organization. This position involves collaborating with team members and clients to produce videos and digital assets that enhance the rehabilitation journey for patients. The role requires a blend of technical skills in videography and photography, along with creativity and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Applies principles of videography, photography, motion design, and graphic design to create visually appealing assets.
• Creates and optimizes various media file types for specific delivery environments.
• Partners with clients and team members to conceptualize solutions based on project goals and audience requirements.
• Assists in photography and video needs, including production planning, directing, shooting, and post-production tasks.
• Works with creative director, designers, or other videographers/photographers on shoots.
• Communicates project status, schedule changes, concerns, and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Stays current on software/hardware and trends in videography/photography.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a creative field or comparable experience within the Creative industry.
• 4 or more years of experience in videography, photography, and/or design.
• Portfolio or demo reel required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience within the Creative industry is beneficial.
• Motion graphic animation experience.
