About the position
The Creative Specialist (CS) role at Flylisted involves in-field production of real estate marketing solutions, including photography, videography, and drone piloting. The position is designed for a creative individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about storytelling through visual media. The CS will build strong client relationships, manage projects from start to finish, and contribute to the agency's growth and success by delivering high-quality content that aligns with client branding.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.
- Tell visual stories through photography and videography, capturing unique property features.
- Oversee and deliver all listing solutions including photo, video, drone, and 3D services.
- Complete social media projects focused on agent branding for clients.
- Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all projects.
- Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing services.
- Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
- Maintain organization of equipment, files, and resources for smooth workflow.
- Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of creative experience as a professional or independent contractor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut.
- Gimbal experience using a 3-axis gimbal for stabilized video content.
Nice-to-haves
- FAA Part 107 Drone License Certified
- Experience in the real estate industry or marketing/sales.
- Proficient with Sony Mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
- Advanced photo and video experience including studio lighting and portrait photography.
