About the position

The Videographer position at our Real Estate Education Company involves creating high-quality video content for various platforms, including virtual and live events, social media, and promotional materials. The role requires expertise in videography, sound, lighting, and editing, as well as the ability to manage virtual training sessions and produce podcasts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills, contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for virtual and live events, social media, promotional materials, and educational content.
• Manage virtual assistant editors to assist in the editing process.
• Stream virtual trainings through systems like Streamyard, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Produce and edit podcasts, including recording, editing, and publishing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content for various channels.
• Manage and maintain all video equipment, ensuring it meets company standards and brand guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely completion of video production tasks.
• Utilize project management skills to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality production standards.
• Provide creative input on new video content ideas and concepts.
• Attend business meetings and trainings as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience in videography and video editing for virtual and live events, social media, and promotional materials.
• Experience in sound, lighting, filming, editing, and post-production required.
• Knowledge of different video production techniques and equipment required.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects required.
• Familiarity with video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment required.
• Experience with streaming virtual events through systems like Streamyard required.
• Experience producing and editing podcasts, including recording, editing, and publishing required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Technology-driven with the ability to learn quickly required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in short form reels for social media, promo videos, hype videos, and VSL editing preferred.
• Coaching and/or teaching experience preferred.
• Business and/or sales experience preferred.
