FloSports is seeking videographers for an upcoming showcase tournament in Rochester, NY, scheduled from October 4 to October 6, 2024. This short-term contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with our team to provide quality filming of hockey games that will be streamed live on our platform. The event will take place at two venues: Tim Hortons Arena and Scottsville Ice Arena, with game times varying from as early as 7 AM to as late as 9 PM. As a videographer, you will be responsible for setting up your filming equipment and being ready to film at least 60 minutes before each game starts. You will collaborate with the on-site engineer to ensure a high-quality broadcast, which may involve troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring all gear is in good working order. This role requires standing for extended periods in cold arenas, and you must have reliable transportation to commute to the venues.
