About the position

We are seeking talented videographers who can adapt their skills from high-end film sets to small-scale projects. The role involves collaborating with clients to capture engaging footage for social media and YouTube content, ensuring that the unique stories of individuals and small businesses are effectively told.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture required shots during 2-3 hour shoots.
• Follow a creative brief and shot list to maximize time on location.
• Upload raw footage to the post-production team by the end of the day, with no further editing required.
• Manage and troubleshoot personal equipment on-site, including camera, mic, lights, tripod, and gimbal.
• Capture intriguing b-roll footage to enhance storytelling.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in filming and videography.
• Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to create engaging narratives through visuals, understanding pacing and shot selection.
• Innovative mindset for transforming ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Ability to work in various environments and adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively communicate with clients and align on vision.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience on high-end film sets or big-budget corporate videos.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
