The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, working closely with engineers and customers to create and promote engaging content while contributing to the studio's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the video production department and define video services.
• Curate and collect content for social media channels.
• Interact directly with customers and follow up post-session.
• Confirm appointments and answer incoming calls.
• Host studio tours and represent the brand.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members on projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media technology, including SEO and video formats.
• Ability to work creatively and innovatively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
