About the position

The Videographer & Social Media Growth Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality video content and developing strategies to enhance social media growth, particularly within the real estate sector. This role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and a strong ability to engage audiences to increase brand presence and follower interactions across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for real estate, behind-the-scenes, educational posts, and lifestyle videos.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media growth strategy to increase engagement and followers for both personal and business real estate accounts.
• Manage the day-to-day posting and engagement on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to showcase properties and the brand's mission through visually compelling content.
• Monitor analytics and social media trends to adjust strategies for optimal growth and reach.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) to maximize engagement and attract a larger audience.
• Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms, trends, and tools to continuously innovate and refine strategies.
• Assist with scripting and storyboard development for real estate projects and video marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of social media growth tactics and a proven track record of growing social media accounts.
• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and their best practices for growth.
• Creative, with an eye for capturing engaging real estate content and understanding current social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
