About the position

The Videographer/Video Editor will work as an independent contractor, committing to 20-25 hours per week in a hybrid work environment. This role involves managing various video production materials and collaborating with multiple teams to create high-quality video content for web platforms, social media, and training purposes. The position requires both on-site work and occasional travel for filming.

Responsibilities

• Manage camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce high-quality video products.
• Oversee video production from concept and story development to capturing video and audio footage, and editing and post-production stages.
• Create short-form and long-form videos for web platforms, social media, training platforms, and email communications.
• Collaborate with teams including Communications, Creative, Media, Operations, and Franchise Development.
• Propose future video projects and contribute to the overall video strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of videography/video editing experience.
• Strong understanding of video messaging and storytelling.
• Proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
