About the position

We are seeking an experienced Videographer/Video Editor to join our Video Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cinema camera operation and a passion for creating story-driven content from concept to completion. This role involves managing production sets, operating advanced camera equipment, and following structured workflows in pre-production, production, and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Operate cinema cameras and create cinematic movement using gimbal setups like the Sony FX3 + Ronin RS 3.
• Manage production sets with lighting and sound recording equipment.
• Follow structured pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
• Edit video content using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Resolve.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to articulate ideas and follow creative direction.
• Lift and handle equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Demonstrate professional communication and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in shooting and editing video content.
• 2+ years of experience in planning, scripting, and pitching concepts to clients.
• 2+ years of experience in color correction and grading.
• 2+ years of experience in audio mixing and mastering sound design.
• Proficiency in post-production editing workflows.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with animation, After Effects, motion graphics, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience in digital marketing on platforms like YouTube, Meta, IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in project management and keeping marketing campaigns on track.
