As a Videographer, you will play a crucial role in the film and motion picture production process, primarily focusing on creating engaging short-form content for various social media platforms. This position requires you to film 2-4 days per week, with additional studio or direct-to-camera filming 1-2 days per week. You will be responsible for setting up studio shoots, which includes managing lighting, framing, audio, and props to ensure high-quality video production. Daily tasks will also involve shooting stills for social content, contributing themes for long-form videos during pre-production, and asking engaging questions while filming to enhance viewer interaction. Your role will require you to interact closely with studio staff, producers, and team members, participating in weekly strategy sessions with Expert Advisors. You will create deliverables as requested and implement feedback from the team to continuously improve the quality of the content produced. Attention to comments on various channels will be essential to inform how you film future videos, ensuring that the content remains relevant and engaging to the audience. In addition to filming, you will be responsible for editing at least 60 short-form videos per month, along with additional video sales letters (VSLs), advertisements, academic coursework, and podcasts. You will track the performance of your videos and stay updated on trends across platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and openness to change will be critical to your success in this role.
