About the position

As a Videographer at Belkin, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality video content that effectively communicates the brand's message across various platforms. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to produce videos for product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with the company's branding standards. You will engage in all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to post-production, while maintaining an organized media archive and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Video Production Manager and Creative Directors to plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes.
  • Ensure all video content meets the company's branding standards and quality expectations.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of camera formats and ensure proper lighting, sound, and camera settings are used.
  • Use industry-standard software to edit footage, color grade, and add special effects to videos.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative video concepts and storyboards.
  • Implement and maintain an organized media and asset management system for video files.
  • Ensure all video content is reviewed for accuracy and quality before final delivery.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain video equipment and stay informed about advancements in video production technology.
  • Pursue ongoing training in video production techniques and share knowledge with team members.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate video production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Expertise with various camera formats, including DSLR, mirrorless, and professional cinema cameras.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and other relevant video editing software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work positively and effectively with employees at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and VR/AR content creation.
