The Videographer at Rubber-Cal is responsible for creating and editing engaging video content that showcases rubber products. This role involves producing creative web content aimed at attracting an audience, with a strong focus on social media trends and online advertising. The ideal candidate is a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Edit video projects from start to finish, including short-form experiments, product highlights, internal updates, and video displays.
• Produce, edit, and publish consistent content on all social media platforms, including short form videos.
• Work closely with the Content and Art teams to develop social media campaigns that help achieve company goals.
• Monitor all social media content and track the performance of campaigns.
• Respond and engage with customers regarding product reviews on all social media platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
• Ability to extract stories from raw footage and edit visual montages effectively.
• Experience with sound synchronization and mixing.
• Strong organizational skills to reference and deliver past footage easily.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to change.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with current trends in the film industry.
• Experience in color grading and motion effects.
