About the position

The Videographer at Intellekt is responsible for the development and production of video content, overseeing the entire process from pre-production to post-production. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to conceptualize video ideas, organizing footage, and ensuring high-quality multimedia storytelling that engages the audience. The Videographer will also work closely with editors to assess project effectiveness and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Organizes shot footage for post-production for archives.
• Drives video projects from pre-production to post-production to achieve engaging video content.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to conceptualize video ideas from the shoot to post-production.
• Takes ownership of pre-production, shooting, editing, and assisting in production and post-production, using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.
• Selects and implements special visual effects, music, recorded narration, and special audio for each video shoot.
• Creates quality multimedia storytelling using photography, videography, and text that accurately informs and engages the audience.
• Works with editors to evaluate project effectiveness and develop ongoing plans for improvement.
• Supports the 17 TRG with other videographer-related needs as requested.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of videographer experience.
• Associate's Degree desired.
• Impressive portfolio of past work in the role of producer, director, and/or editor.
• Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required).
