This involves leveraging creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to capture and edit compelling visual stories that engage and align with our mission and values. You will work as a member of the Communications/ Digital Team, and will work regularly with staff, volunteers, contractors, and other ministries. You will collaborate on creative execution with the Digital Strategist and project schedules with the Project Manager/ Producer to drive multiple projects from concept through to completion. Who you are: Collaborative, flexible & able to multi-task Adaptable with great listening skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Organized with an appreciation of time management What you'll do: Develop and Produce Videos: Conceptualize and execute ideas with the digital team and ministries to create videos for the website, weekend services, social media, and our online discipleship platform. Capture dynamic video footage during worship experiences, local events, and creative visual shoots. Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance content creation and storytelling. Work with the team to ideate, plan, shoot, and produce short films for worship experiences, online platforms, and the church's website. Project Ownership: Manage the entire video production process for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with ministry leaders to develop video concepts that meet the communication goals of various church departments. External Contractor Relations : Work with external contractors as needed per project to obtain bids and proper timeframes to meet project deadlines.
