Arl Webtech LLC is seeking a highly experienced varsity sports videographer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports videography, particularly in capturing the dynamic and fast-paced nature of varsity sports events. This role requires a commitment to excellence in both the technical and creative aspects of videography, ensuring that each game is documented with high-quality footage that tells a compelling story. The videographer will be responsible for picking up equipment and arriving at the game venue 1-2 hours in advance to prepare for the shoot. During the game, the videographer will shoot in a documentary style, capturing pre-game activities, individual plays, and post-game interviews. The ability to shoot from high in the stands and transition quickly to the field is essential. The finished footage must be delivered to our office in the South Hills of Pittsburgh on the same night as the event. This position primarily focuses on locations in the South Hills area to start, with the potential for additional assignments as needed. This is a freelance position with an expected workload of 5 to 12 hours per week, primarily during evening shifts. The pay rate is set at $100.00 per hour, reflecting the high level of skill and experience required for this role. Candidates must provide professional samples of their existing sports video work, showcasing their ability to achieve great color grading, audio quality, and smooth action shots.
