About the position

The In-House Videographer at Page plays a crucial role in visually capturing and showcasing the firm's architectural and engineering projects. This position involves producing high-quality video content that enhances the brand's visibility and reputation, while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Storytelling teams. The videographer will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from planning and shooting to editing and post-production, ensuring that the firm's vision and mission are effectively conveyed through compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos to maintain the highest production standards.
  • Transform technical concepts and complex designs into compelling visual narratives.
  • Conduct interviews with project team members, clients, and experts to gather insights and testimonials.
  • Document firm events, conferences, and seminars through videography.
  • Capture architectural and engineering projects from inception to completion through videography.
  • Utilize drones for aerial footage while ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
  • Edit and enhance raw footage, applying color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects as needed.
  • Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' video content.
  • Manage the budget for video production projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere to copyright and licensing regulations when using third-party media assets.
  • Continuously monitor and review video content to maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of architectural and engineering terminology and concepts is a plus.
