About the position

FlexGen is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to produce high-quality video content that highlights the company's products, services, and brand. This role involves storyboarding, filming, editing, and producing engaging video content tailored to various audiences, including partners, clients, and internal teams. The position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic storytelling to effectively communicate FlexGen's energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create compelling video content that showcases FlexGen's energy storage solutions.
• Plan, storyboard, and execute video projects, including promotional videos, product demos, corporate presentations, event coverage, and social media content.
• Operate professional video equipment, including DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema-grade cameras, ensuring optimal footage quality.
• Set up and manage lighting equipment and apply advanced lighting techniques to create mood and depth.
• Capture high-quality audio using various microphones and ensure clear sound by optimizing audio settings.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, incorporating motion graphics and animations.
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance visual quality and optimize video file formats for distribution.
• Employ strong storytelling and shot composition skills to enhance video narratives.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safe transportation.
• Stay current with emerging video technologies and manage video distribution across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio of video production work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, audio capture, and post-production workflows.
• Strong storytelling and creative direction skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and animation tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
