1 Percent Sports Group is seeking to add an on-site freelance videographer to become an integral part of our team in Phoenix! This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports and video production. As a videographer, you will be involved in various aspects of filming, including site filming, customer relationship management, and client acquisition. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and learn essential skills such as editing and social media posting, which are crucial in today’s digital landscape. We pride ourselves on service, character, and creativity, and we are excited to expand our California-based media company into Phoenix!

Responsibilities

• Identify project needs
• Follow project descriptions and deliver accordingly
• Communicate professionally with clients on site
• Listen and accept guidance from editors
• Educate interested clients about our services and learning opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in taking action photos and videos
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent understanding of shot angles
• Experience filming for sports or other fast-moving activities
