About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our dynamic team at The Dragons Lair Gym. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess strong technical skills in video production. This role involves capturing high-quality footage, editing videos, and collaborating with various teams to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects, including promotional materials, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards that effectively convey messages.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite to edit footage and enhance video quality.
• Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning through post-production editing.
• Capture high-quality photography as needed to complement video projects.
• Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure all video content meets brand standards and is delivered on time.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is required; experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Strong background in film and video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound design.
• Experience in post-production processes, including editing, color correction, and audio mixing.
• Familiarity with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography principles and techniques to support video projects.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset for visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in using video on social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography work is preferred.
