About the position

The SMB Team is seeking a Videographer to join their rapidly growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys. This role involves capturing and editing video content that tells the story of the SMB Team and its clients, with a focus on both creative videography and post-production editing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, innovative, and passionate about creating engaging media assets that drive results. This position offers the flexibility to work from home or in the office, with opportunities for travel to various locations for filming.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the videographer and video editor for the SMB Team, capturing mission-based objectives and unexpected moments.
• Create content for the SMB Team, Bill Hauser, and Andrew Stickel through engaging videography and photography.
• Attend quarterly live events to capture moments and provide AV support to external AV teams.
• Edit video content to meet project-specific standards while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative video content that resonates with the audience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience operating Sony FX6, Sony A7 Series, or similar cinema cameras.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with preferred experience in Adobe After Effects.
• Expertise in color grading Log footage and filming across various formats.
• Basic understanding of audio setups and microphone types.
• Basic knowledge of lighting setups.
• Ability to focus on editing for extended periods and a passion for the post-production process.
