About the position

The VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program at Airbus offers young professionals the opportunity to gain valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business role. This specific position is for a Cyber Project Manager within Airbus Americas, Inc. in Washington, DC, focusing on promoting cybersecurity policies and developing relationships with key stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. The role is integral to supporting regional cyber projects and implementing digital security directives aligned with corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Group's cybersecurity policies and security culture to local organizations on behalf of the Regional CISO.
  • Develop and maintain relationships between the Group's local key players and the Regional CISO.
  • Support regional Cyber projects and develop them in partnership with VC teams.
  • Develop and implement digital security directives, methods, and standards in line with corporate strategies and local laws.
  • Understand and master the requirements of digital security risks to perform risk identification and evaluation of critical assets.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) majoring in Information Technology or Industrial management.
  • Good level of English is mandatory.
  • Experience in technical project management, ideally within the IT and/or Cyber domain.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
