About the position

The Rukobia Marketing Manager at ViiV Healthcare is responsible for leading the creation of promotional assets to support marketing efforts directed at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct to Patients (DTP) in the U.S. This role involves managing HCP promotion activities, developing educational content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key HCP Promotion Marketing activities and tactics for Rukobia brand in the U.S.
  • Manage Direct to Patients content creation and in-field activities with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop holistic HCP assets for selling teams and peer-to-peer educational programs' content.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the brand strategy to create relevant content for HCPs and patients.
  • Manage agency partners, including budget evaluation and project progress tracking.
  • Establish detailed timelines and manage projects accordingly.
  • Oversee projects through the Copy Approval system and process.
  • Partner with External Experts to create engaging peer-to-peer assets.
  • Collaborate with the HCP engagement team to manage speakers' training and delivery of peer-to-peer programs.
  • Lead priority activities for the brand at sponsored conferences in partnership with the portfolio team.
  • Work with the Digital team to channel brand creative assets and enhance customer experience.
  • Engage with field teams and customers to understand their needs for developing customer value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field.
  • 4+ years of healthcare marketing or relevant commercial experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA Preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical copy approval process.
  • Experience crafting and executing high-impact HCP content.
  • Knowledge of HIV and US market dynamics.
  • Experience leading agency partners.
  • Brand management experience with competitive knowledge in therapeutic areas.
  • Strong listening skills to prioritize and incorporate different perspectives.
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to engage cross-functional partners.
  • Multi-channel marketing campaign development experience.
  • Customer-facing experience to effectively engage with Field Teams and External Experts.
