About the position

Building relationships with target players through HETCMS systems and leveraging property amenities/programs to targeted players are also key aspects of the role. The use of casino computer systems for tracking complimentary items to qualified guests based on comping guidelines is essential, as is the proactive discretionary comping to encourage repeat patronage. Collaboration with work-group and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction is necessary, along with working with team members to achieve common goals. The individual will be responsible for itinerary fulfillment and ensuring guest satisfaction is a priority, maintaining high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and discretion in all communications. Confidentiality of all players' accounts and security of files, records, and lists must be maintained, along with performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to be physically mobile and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds, and air quality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
