The position involves maintaining close ties with targeted guests through personal contact on property, which is a primary responsibility consuming about 75% of work time. The role includes arranging accommodations and amenities such as shows, hotels, restaurants, and transportation, as well as handling and resolving player problems. The individual will be responsible for maintaining goodwill with all guests and ensuring they are aware of events, supporting execution through attendance and follow-up. Additionally, the position requires providing complimentaries according to established guidelines and sound business practices while complying with state and local regulatory requirements. Building relationships with target players through HETCMS systems and leveraging property amenities/programs to targeted players are also key aspects of the role. The use of casino computer systems for tracking complimentary items to qualified guests based on comping guidelines is essential, as is the proactive discretionary comping to encourage repeat patronage. Collaboration with work-group and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction is necessary, along with working with team members to achieve common goals. The individual will be responsible for itinerary fulfillment and ensuring guest satisfaction is a priority, maintaining high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and discretion in all communications. Confidentiality of all players' accounts and security of files, records, and lists must be maintained, along with performing other duties as assigned by management.
