Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage and check in guest lists, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
• Actively sell bottle service tables, creating personalized experiences for guests and fostering client relationships.
• Handle general admission ticket transactions, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
• Escort VIP guests to their designated sections, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing an outstanding level of hospitality.
• Assist in managing the crowd, maintaining order, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality, nightlife, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience, particularly in bottle service or nightlife settings, is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
