About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Act as a personal assistant by managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Plan and organize events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Utilize office software and tools effectively to enhance productivity.
  • Operate phone systems for effective communication within the team and with clients.
  • Maintain financial records using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Handle electronic signatures through DocuSign for document management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with file management systems and office procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team environment.
