About the position

The Virtual Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager in the operation of the sales gallery for the Hyatt Vacation Club. This position involves managing a remote team primarily in the PST time zone, ensuring effective scheduling, performance monitoring, and providing coaching to sales executives. The role also includes generating new business opportunities and enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery.
  • Schedule Sales Executives to meet customer flow.
  • Review weekly reports and disseminate information to the sales team.
  • Assist sales executives with closing sales.
  • Generate new business and attract potential owners by reviewing the current book of business.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department.
  • Provide necessary resources, coaching, and training on sales techniques to the sales staff.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to resolve conflicts and manage team performance.
  • Monitor the guest experience and proactively respond to customer concerns.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the timeshare industry.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams preferred.
