About the position

The Virtual Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager in the operation of the sales gallery. This position involves scheduling Sales Executives, reviewing reports, assisting in closing sales, and generating new business. The role requires effective team management, customer service, and the ability to coach and train sales staff to enhance performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery.
  • Schedule Sales Executives to meet customer flow.
  • Review weekly reports and disseminate information to the sales team.
  • Assist sales executives with closing sales.
  • Generate new business by coordinating with the marketing department.
  • Provide coaching and training on sales techniques to the sales staff.
  • Monitor guest experience and respond to customer concerns.
  • Conduct regular sales management meetings to review performance and make action plans.
  • Support the development of self-generated business by working with the existing customer base.
  • Manage the sales floor to ensure efficient guest tour flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language may be required for certain positions.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

  • Ability to work early mornings and occasionally at night.
