About the position

The Virtual Assistant Sales Manager will primarily manage a remote team in the PST time zone, assisting the Sales Manager in the operation of the sales gallery. This role involves scheduling Sales Executives, reviewing reports, generating new business, and providing coaching and training to the sales staff. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to enhance team performance and ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery, including scheduling Sales Executives and reviewing weekly reports.
  • Generate new business by coordinating with the marketing department and reviewing the current book of business.
  • Provide coaching and training on sales techniques to the sales staff as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor guest experience and proactively respond to customer concerns.
  • Conduct regular sales management meetings to review performance and create action plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language may be required for certain positions.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
