The Boutique COO is seeking a Virtual Assistant with Studio Designer experience to join our team. As a small business support company based in the Pacific Northwest, we cater to a diverse clientele that includes creatives, trades companies, and professionals across various sectors. This role involves working directly with clients on a range of operational and administrative projects, making it essential for candidates to possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and deadlines, utilizing your project and process management skills to ensure that client needs are met efficiently. Critical thinking is a key component of this role, as you will be expected to guide clients through challenges and provide creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and a willingness to dive into tasks, demonstrating a positive approach to client interactions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home within the United States. The job starts at 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, and compensation begins at $20 per hour, with opportunities for growth and performance bonuses that can reach up to $10,000 annually.
