  • Conduct research as needed for projects and business tasks
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up conference calls and preparing agendas
  • Manage social media accounts and assist with basic marketing tasks (if applicable)
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
