About the position

The Virtual Assistant for Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga is a remote position focused on supporting the yoga studio's operations and enhancing client engagement. The role involves managing client communications, social media, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts, all while providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle email and phone inquiries, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms to engage with our community and promote classes.
• Manage calendars, class schedules, and bookings.
• Assist with data entry, customer records, and tracking attendance.
• Address customer concerns or inquiries in a timely, professional manner, and manage feedback and reviews.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional material.
• Assist with organizing workshops, retreats, and special events, including registration and communication with attendees.
• Help manage membership payments, process invoices, and handle basic accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Experience with customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge or interest in yoga, especially Bikram, is a plus but not required.
