About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The VA will handle various tasks, including managing emails, scheduling, research, data entry, customer service, and social media management, allowing our team to focus on core business activities. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
  • Conduct online research for business needs and provide detailed summaries.
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Assist with customer service by responding to queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice creation and expense tracking.
  • Maintain social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage and update company databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
