About the position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with property photography in New Egypt, NJ. This position involves visiting various properties to capture high-quality images that will be used for marketing and listing purposes. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work on a gig basis, with the potential for ongoing assignments as new properties become available. You will be responsible for ensuring that the photos accurately represent the properties and highlight their best features. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys photography and is looking for a side gig that can turn into a long-term engagement. The compensation for each gig is a one-time payment of $25, making it a straightforward and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated properties to take photographs as per the client's requirements.
• Ensure that the images are of high quality and accurately represent the properties.
• Edit and enhance photos if necessary to meet the client's standards.
• Submit the photographs in a timely manner after each gig.
• Communicate effectively with the client regarding scheduling and any specific requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, preferably with real estate or property photography.
• Access to a reliable camera or smartphone with a good camera.
• Ability to travel to various properties in New Egypt, NJ.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with the client.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property features.
