  • Work closely with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience and share insights on common issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and handle interactions with care and patience.
  • Comfortable working with computers, software, and online platforms; prior experience with customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing customer needs or situations with ease.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center support is a plus but not required.
  • Some college or vocational training in customer service is a bonus.
