We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our representative and office staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our representative and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, organizing and managing the representative's schedule, collaborating with office staff on scheduling and coordination, verifying invoice totals by calling insurance companies, and following up with homeowners to ensure receipt of payments. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate conference calls with homeowners and insurance companies, order banners and marketing materials as needed, assist in organizing events and coordinating logistics, create change orders for rotted plywood and expanded scope of work, and schedule and coordinate meetings and Zoom calls. This is a full-time position with flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate should be honest, creative, personable, and comfortable working in a virtual environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
