Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to foster ongoing relationships and improve customer commitment.
  • Recommend banking products based on customer financial profiles.
  • Facilitate the lending process as necessary.
  • Continuously seek sales opportunities and promote products and services.
  • Initiate and maintain customer contact through various methods.
  • Follow internal processes to comply with bank regulations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to changes in bank technology.
  • Provide back-up support for the Emprise Bank Contact Center queue.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 1+ years of sales experience required.
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required.
