As a Virtual Banking Assistant III in Consumer Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. In this position, you will proactively meet with assigned customers virtually, building lasting relationships and discovering their financial needs. You will tailor product and service recommendations to make their lives easier, including setting up self-service options that allow them to access their accounts 24/7. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with specialists such as Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers with experts who can assist with specialized financial needs. Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements is essential, as is demonstrating excellent communication skills across various platforms. Your role will also involve influencing and educating customers about technology, ensuring they understand how to utilize our One Chase products effectively. You will need to possess the drive and initiative to provide financial options using a consultative approach while operating within established risk parameters and compliance obligations.
