The position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a commitment to timely communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am and 6 pm.
- Provide paralegal support in various areas of law.
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Utilize legal research platforms and document management systems effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of recent experience working as a paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Technological proficiency with cloud-based practice management software like Clio.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with e-Discovery.
- Experience in Healthcare Law or Nursing Homes/Assisted Living Facilities.
- Experience with case management software.
