About the position

The Virtual Care Program Coordinator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is responsible for providing program coordination to support virtual care initiatives within the Department of Psychiatry. Responsibilities

  • Support Department leadership in the development of new virtual care clinical programs.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing clinical programs, including organizational and operational tasks.
  • Manage documentation related to virtual care programs.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective program implementation and operation.
  • Assist in the management of the IMPACTT-NC virtual clinic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supporting or working with behavioral health programs.
  • Familiarity with Epic or another medical records system.
