About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience required.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigating common software applications.
  • Ability to maintain a quiet and distraction-free workplace at home.
  • Internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 20 MBPS and download speed of 100 MBPS.

Nice-to-haves
