About the position

The Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative role involves consulting with families who have signed up for supplemental benefits. Representatives will explain available options, assist in selecting the best plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, with the flexibility to work remotely or in an office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered.
  • Schedule Zoom meetings with clients to discuss their needs.
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or adjustments.
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, performing necessary updates on schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Motivated and ambitious mindset, thinking like an entrepreneur.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools.
  • Familiarity with insurance or benefits administration.
