About the position

The Virtual Design Executive will lead the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team, focusing on the strategic implementation of VDC processes. This role emphasizes collaboration across project teams and the effective use of technology to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic implementation of VDC and VDC processes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across project teams.
• Maximize the use of technology in project execution.
• Oversee department operations and project integration.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Plan strategically for VDC processes and workflows.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop and manage a standard documents library.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in VDC or related roles within the mechanical construction industry.
• Knowledge of VDC software such as Revit, Navisworks, Stratus, and Trimble.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for driving collaboration, technological innovation, and process improvement.
