About the position

The Virtual Design Executive will lead the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team in the Greater Indianapolis area, focusing on the strategic implementation of VDC processes. This role emphasizes collaboration across project teams and the effective use of technology to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic implementation of VDC and VDC processes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across project teams.
• Maximize the use of technology in project execution.
• Oversee department operations and project integration.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Develop and manage a standard documents library.
• Implement quality control measures and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in VDC or related roles within the mechanical construction industry.
• Knowledge of VDC software such as Revit, Navisworks, Stratus, and Trimble.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for driving collaboration, technological innovation, and process improvement.
