About the position

The Virtual Design Executive will lead the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team, focusing on the strategic implementation of VDC processes. This role emphasizes collaboration across project teams and the effective use of technology to enhance project outcomes in the mechanical construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic implementation of VDC processes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across project teams.
• Maximize the use of technology in VDC.
• Oversee department operations and project integration.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Conduct strategic planning for VDC processes.
• Manage workflow and quality control within projects.
• Adhere to project timelines and standards.
• Develop and manage a standard documents library.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in VDC or related roles within the mechanical construction industry.
• Knowledge of VDC software such as Revit, Navisworks, Stratus, and Trimble.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for driving collaboration, technological innovation, and process improvement.
