About the position

The Virtual Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars to enhance product awareness and engagement. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills to ensure successful event outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive management of virtual events and webinars from concept to completion, meeting all timelines and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee tactical plans for event and webinar workstreams to achieve set goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Paid Media, and more, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Enhance and implement established processes, templates, and best practices for seamless virtual event execution.
  • Manage the planning of the virtual events and webinars calendar and content schedule.
  • Create event content, including outlines, presentations, and speaking points.
  • Develop and execute webinar-related communications, such as social media posts, web pages, and emails.
  • Run and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars through marketing automation tools.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of events, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Create performance reports using Salesforce for tracking content and campaign success.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years in B2B Marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Proficiency with On24 or similar virtual platforms and customer engagement hubs.
  • Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
