We are currently seeking experienced Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Speech Pathologist Therapists to join our team. These positions offer the opportunity for flexible self-scheduling while working across three assigned facilities within a specific region. We have Full-Time Day shift positions available in all regions, and we also have Seasonal Opportunities for those interested in joining our Full-Time Float Team throughout Wellstar. Our Float Team is essential in supporting various hospitals within our organization, and we have eight hospitals in total. The regions include North (Kennestone, Windy Hill, and North Fulton Hospitals), Central (Cobb, Paulding, and Douglas Hospitals), and South (Spalding, Sylvan Grove, and West Georgia Hospitals). Our Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) is composed of nursing professionals who provide support across these facilities. We are looking for high-performance, professional nurses who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills.
• Support the Float Team by providing care across multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and graduate from an accredited physical therapy assistant program (for PTA).
• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program AND Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (for SLP).
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program AND Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (for PT).
• Current licensure as a physical therapy assistant in the state of Georgia (for PTA).
• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia (for SLP).
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia (for PT).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required at the time of hire.
• A valid Georgia Driver's license and private vehicle insurance are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care and/or ICU experience (for PT).
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute and/or Inpatient Rehab experience (for PT).
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Float Team or multi-facility environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and databases.
