About the position

This position offers a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient care through virtual means at the Waterloo Medical Center. RNs will utilize video conferencing technology to assess and care for patients, managing their care from admission to discharge in an acute care unit setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate optimal patient care through a computerized or digital platform.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.

Requirements

• Current Iowa RN license
• At least 8 years of nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
