Responsibilities

• Proficient in computer usage
• Responsible for candidate screening & interview coordination
• Conduct pre-onboarding activities such as completing background checks, verifying references, and gathering necessary documentation before new hire start date
• Facilitating orientation sessions with new hires
• Monitoring the onboarding progress of new hires
• Providing updates to recruitment team and management on the onboarding process and new hires
• Ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored properly

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have previous office experience
• Previous health care experience preferred
• VESTA or PAS experience preferred
• Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
