About the position

The Virtual Part-Time Telemarketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to a team of telemarketers in Jamaica. This role focuses on equipping telemarketers with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, including system usage, data entry, and effective communication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for remote telemarketers.
• Provide detailed instruction on telemarketing systems and data entry.
• Train telemarketers on call preparation and target identification.
• Teach effective questioning strategies for customer engagement.
• Conduct role-playing sessions and simulations for practical experience.
• Monitor and evaluate telemarketer performance during and after training.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to telemarketers.
• Maintain and update training materials as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring roles, preferably with remote teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using telemarketing systems and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• Flexibility to work with Jamaican time zones.
